Athlone Institute of Technology was established in the year 1970 by the Irish Government. It was initially known as the Athlone Regional Technical College which was later renamed as Athlone Institute of Technology in the year 1997. Athlone Institute of Technology offers a wide assortment of over 100 projects at undergraduate and postgraduate level, conveyed on a full-time and part-time basis.
